About Jana, Your Breathwork and Energetic Health Coach
Helping you live your purpose and transform lives with the Get Living Breathwork Facilitator Certification Program.
I started teaching Breathwork because it helped me heal quicker and more wholly than years of therapy had. I was already a Physiologist, Health Coach, and Life Coach and I knew this modality would help my clients too. So I got certified, but that wasn't enough knowledge. So I kept learning from other experts in the field and created my own program based on my own experience and theirs.
I wanted EVERYONE to know that they could heal themselves. I can't think of a better way to spread the healing than multiplying who can teach it. I look forward to the day when all of our communities are a safe healthy place because we all know how to release our stuck emotions and no longer take our traumas out on each other. When the healed teach their kids how to heal themselves and all of humanity lives in a higher vibration of love and acceptance.
I do not teach Breathwork the way I was originally taught. I mix science, assessment, customization, many healing modalities and intuition into the course modules and sessions.
